Mission : Offrir une expérience d'achat exceptionnelle en supervisant l'efficacité des opérations à l'aire des caisses tout en respectant les attentes de la clientèle.

Responsabilités Principales :

  • Assister le directeur de magasin dans la gestion et le respect des procédures opérationnelles standard (POS) et des programmes de l'entreprise pour garantir la conformité aux lois et règlements en vigueur.
  • Veiller à l'application des politiques et procédures à l'aire des caisses, atteindre les indicateurs de performance clés (IPC) et encadrer l'équipe pour qu'elle atteigne ses objectifs.
  • Planifier et coordonner l'exécution des formations et événements en magasin selon le programme de l'entreprise.
  • Diriger les processus omnicanaux pour une expérience client intégrée.
  • Gérer et mettre en œuvre les programmes de prévention des pertes et de sécurité.
  • Assister dans le processus de comptabilité des fonds et des dépôts bancaires.
  • Participer aux opérations liées aux stocks, y compris les retours aux fournisseurs et les activités de préparation des expéditions.
  • Intégrer et former les nouveaux membres de l'équipe.
  • Former et encadrer l'équipe du service clientèle pour atteindre des résultats optimaux, en soutenant le développement des talents.
  • Agir en tant que gestionnaire de service, en interagissant avec respect et professionnalisme, même dans des situations difficiles.
  • Accueillir les clients, les aider à trouver des produits et leur offrir des solutions adaptées.
  • Participer aux processus de déchargement des camions et de réapprovisionnement des présentoirs.
  • Assurer la conformité aux normes de sécurité et de prévention des pertes.
  • Posséder une formation polyvalente en vente et en production.

Exigences :

  • Expérience en gestion dans le secteur du commerce de détail souhaitée.
  • Capacité à rester debout pendant de longues périodes et à se déplacer dans le magasin.
  • Capacité à soulever des charges lourdes et à accéder à des étagères élevées.
  • Disponibilité pour travailler en soirée, le week-end et tôt le matin.
