Job Title: Paid Search Analyst

We are seeking a Paid Search Analyst with comprehensive expertise in Paid Campaign Management to enhance our brand presence and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms to meet defined performance metrics.
  • Manage ad placements, bid strategies, and budget allocation to ensure maximum ROI on ad spend.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and the professional growth of team members.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with SEO, creative, and technical teams to ensure the successful execution of campaign strategies.
  • Industry Knowledge - Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising to continually enhance campaign performance.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to further enhance skills and contribute to the team's knowledge base.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid advertising.
  • Proven expertise in managing paid campaigns on various digital advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Google Ads Certified (current).
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience with PPC tools such as SEMRush or Ahrefs.
  • Understanding of important landing page elements and construction with a proven track record of A/B testing and experiments.
  • Knowledge of Google Local Services Ads a plus.
  • Knowledge of AI to build/manage campaigns a plus.
