Quelles seront vos responsabilités ?

Offrir une expérience de magasinage exceptionnelle en supervisant et en assurant une opération efficace de la zone de caisse tout en respectant les attentes de l'entreprise. Vous serez chargé de diriger les processus omnicanaux et de maintenir les normes de présentation du magasin pour respecter nos engagements envers la marque. Fournir un service à la clientèle courtois et professionnel est essentiel.

Principales responsabilités :

  • Aider le directeur de magasin à gérer et à veiller à la conformité des procédures opérationnelles standard (POS) et des programmes de l'entreprise, garantissant ainsi le respect des lois et règlements applicables.
  • S'assurer que les politiques et procédures de la zone de caisse sont respectées, atteindre les indicateurs de performance clés (IPC) et diriger l'équipe pour qu'elle atteigne ses objectifs.
  • Planifier et coordonner l'exécution des formations et événements en magasin conformément aux directives de l'entreprise.
  • Diriger les processus omnicanaux pour une expérience client fluide.
  • Gérer et exécuter les programmes de prévention des pertes et de sécurité.
  • Assister dans le processus de comptabilité des fonds et des dépôts bancaires.
  • Contribuer aux opérations liées aux stocks, y compris les retours aux fournisseurs et les activités de préparation des expéditions.
  • Intégrer et former les nouveaux membres de l'équipe.
  • Former et encadrer l'équipe de service à la clientèle pour atteindre des résultats optimaux, participer à la gestion des performances et soutenir le développement des talents.
  • Agir en tant que responsable de service, en interagissant de manière respectueuse et positive avec les clients et les membres de l'équipe.
  • Accueillir les clients, les aider à trouver les produits et leur offrir des solutions adaptées.
  • Participer aux processus de déchargement des camions et de réapprovisionnement des présentoirs pour garantir le respect des normes de livraison.
  • Avoir une formation polyvalente pour la vente et la production dans le cadre de l'encadrement personnalisé.

Expérience requise :

Une expérience en gestion dans le secteur du commerce de détail est préférable.

Conditions physiques et environnementales :

Les exigences physiques minimales incluent la capacité à rester debout pendant de longues périodes, à se déplacer dans le magasin, à soulever des charges, à marcher et à effectuer des mouvements répétitifs. L'environnement de travail est celui d'un magasin de détail, avec des zones climatisées et d'autres pouvant ne pas l'être.
