Job Title: Sr. Automation Engineer

At CPMNA, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Automation Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation systems that meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop automation systems, including process control systems, SCADA systems, and building management systems.
  • Develop and implement automation protocols, including HART, Foundation Fieldbus, and Modbus TCP/IP.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure automation systems meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain automation documentation, including functional specifications, database design specifications, and hardware design specifications.
  • Collaborate with IT to ensure GMP compliant integration with Corporate IT infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement automation testing and validation procedures.
  • Provide technical support and training to other engineers and operators.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or closely related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant automation engineering experience, preferably in the biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of automation protocols, including HART, Foundation Fieldbus, and Modbus TCP/IP.
  • Experience with process control systems, SCADA systems, and building management systems.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Be exposed to noisy environments.
  • Support company manufacturing activities 24/7.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with critical utility and non-GMP utility systems a plus.
