Early Intervention Program Therapist

Eliot's Early Intervention Program is seeking a Master's level Speech Language Pathologist to work with children from birth to three years of age who have developmental delays or disabilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify, screen, and evaluate children's communication skills, including speech production, receptive and expressive language, and cognitive bases of language acquisition.
  • Develop and implement therapeutic programs for children with communication disorders.
  • Provide transdisciplinary services to families and children enrolled in the Early Intervention Program.
  • Collaborate with families to develop and ensure follow-up to treatment goals in the Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP).
  • Utilize a team approach to treatment planning and service delivery with other staff members, family members, physicians, and agencies.
  • Provide assessment reports, IFSPs, progress notes, and insurance verification reports within established timelines.
  • Provide in-service training to other team members within areas of expertise.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology.
  • MA licensure or working towards licensure with supervision provided by a Licensed SLP.
  • Bilingual preferred.
Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm.

Compensation:

MA-$60,000 and Licensed-$65,000. 6% rate increase if bilingual.
