Eliot Community Human Services is seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our Early Intervention Program. As a key member of our team, you will work with young children and their families to provide therapeutic intervention and support.
Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify communication disorders in children.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication needs.
- Provide transdisciplinary services to families and children, including home visits and center-based interventions.
- Collaborate with other staff members, family members, physicians, and agencies to ensure comprehensive care.
- Document progress and maintain accurate records.
- Master's degree in Speech Pathology or related field.
- Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Experience working with young children and their families, preferably in an Early Intervention setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
