Early Intervention Program Speech Pathologist

Eliot's Early Intervention Program is seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a Speech Pathologist, you will work with children from birth to three years of age who may have or are at risk of having a delay in development. Our program provides home and community-based services, and we are committed to supporting families in maximizing their child's skill acquisition and growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify children's communication needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement remediation programs to address communication disorders and support children's cognitive, language, and social development.
  • Collaborate with families and other team members to provide transdisciplinary services and ensure seamless communication.
  • Develop and implement Individual Family Service Plans (IFSPs) that align with funding source requirements and sound clinical practice.
  • Provide assessment reports, progress notes, and insurance verification reports within established timelines.
  • Offer in-service training to team members on areas of expertise.

Requirements: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, experience working with children with communication disorders, and bilingual skills in a needed language are preferred.

Compensation: $60.00 USD per hour, with a 6% increase for bilingual candidates.
