Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team at Bilingual Therapies in Malden, MA. As an SLPA, you will provide direct speech and language therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed speech-language pathologist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising SLP to support student communication needs.
  • Conduct speech and language activities and exercises with students in individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to ensure student success.
  • Prepare materials and resources for therapy sessions and maintain accurate documentation of student progress.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant or related field.
  • Current certification or licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant in Massachusetts.
  • Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in a school setting.
  • Strong understanding of speech and language disorders and therapy techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
