Senior Director, Annual Giving

University of California Los Angeles seeks a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director, Annual Giving to lead our Central Annual Giving team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to enhance annual and special gifts initiatives and projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement annual giving strategies to increase revenue and engagement
- Lead a team of fundraising professionals to achieve annual giving goals
- Collaborate with leadership and fundraisers campus-wide to communicate program objectives and provide targeted approaches
- Manage operational systems for digital fundraising, communications, and telemarketing
- Develop and execute marketing and solicitation strategies for annual and special gifts
- Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in fundraising, preferably in annual giving
- Strong experience in data management, including complex segmentation, direct mail, e-communications, and telemarketing
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills to develop creative solutions and recommendations
- Outstanding interpersonal skills to work with internal and external constituents
- Ability to establish priorities, manage multiple tasks, and complete work under tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Knowledge of university policies and procedures
