Job Summary

Austin Powder is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Location Coordinator to support the administrative requirements of our field operations location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and prepare location documents in accordance with Austin Powder policies and procedures.
  • Manage and distribute location documents as directed.
  • Process vendor invoices for approval and ensure timely forwarding to the corporate office.
  • Maintain and file all location documentation.
  • Enter orders into the computer system and create new vendor accounts as required.
  • Assist in the dispatch of employees and vehicles to customer accounts, as directed by management.
  • Maintain inspection and maintenance files on all location assets.
  • Support general inventory duties.
Personnel and Safety
  • Report employee, customer, or public concerns to the Location Manager.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, customers, vendors, and government agencies.
  • Adhere to Austin Powder's business goals and display honest and ethical work behaviors.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of general office experience.
  • Proficiency in accurate keying and filing skills.
  • Working knowledge of APC's business operating system and LINUS.
  • Basic mathematical operations and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Effective verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
