Job Title: Director of Family Medicine

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Family Medicine to lead our network of clinics across multiple locations. This key leadership role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of assigned clinic entities within our organization, ensuring seamless and effective management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Oversight: Manage and direct the daily operations of assigned clinics, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective patient care.
  • Staff Development: Lead developmental activities for clinic staff, fostering professional growth and excellence in care.
  • Budget Management: Establish, monitor, and manage site budgets to align with organizational goals.
  • Employee Relations: Handle employee relations and support site leaders in maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Marketing Coordination: Work with marketing and communications teams to implement effective marketing initiatives.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee site quality programs, including patient satisfaction, quality initiatives, and quality measures.
  • Change Management: Continuous review for process improvement including innovative mindset and reliability
Schedule Details:
  • Full-time: 80 hours every two weeks
  • Primarily Monday - Friday: hours typically between 7am - 5pm
  • On-site position: primarily working out of St. Cloud
Pay and Benefits:
  • Exempt role: pay based on experience
  • Full-time benefit eligible: Benefits Guide
  • Retirement with matching: up to 7.5%
Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree: in a management or healthcare related program required
  • At least 5 years of experience: in an operational health care management related position, preferably in a clinic setting
  • Knowledge of Electronic Health Records: information systems, interface, political changes in the healthcare industry
  • Working knowledge of healthcare finances: knowledge of Federal and State regulations and rules pertaining to health care
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills: to plan and coordinate the activities of the assigned clinic sites/projects
  • Verbal and written communication ability: to effectively express ideas and views
