About the Role:
The Membership Sales Director is a key member of the Invited team, responsible for driving growth and revenue through effective sales and membership development strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute quarterly sales plans to achieve departmental revenue goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing members, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Represent the Club at community events and activities, promoting the Invited brand and generating new leads.
- Collaborate with the Membership and Marketing Department to develop targeted marketing campaigns and social media initiatives.
- Manage and maintain the prospect database, utilizing CRM system functionality to stay organized and generate reports.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of sales performance, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in outbound sales.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of prospecting programs and revenue generation.
- High energy and outgoing personality, with a passion for building relationships and driving results.
- Strong technical literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM experience.
- Team player with a commitment to providing exceptional member service and exceeding expectations.
