Job Title: Affordable Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Affordable Property Manager to join our team at Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG). As an Affordable Property Manager, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and well-maintained living environment for our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Marketing and promoting the property to potential residents
  • Maintaining the property's integrity and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Screening prospective residents and conducting thorough background checks
  • Collecting rents and managing financial transactions
  • Preparing and serving notices to residents
  • Developing and maintaining reports and agreements
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving resident complaints
Requirements:
  • Two years of previous customer service experience
  • One year of previous property management experience
  • Previous experience with Yardi Property Management Software
  • Basic experience with MS365, including TEAMS, Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Basic math skills and ability to perform bookkeeping tasks
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and pay attention to detail
  • Available for after-hours emergencies
  • Understand and administer landlord/tenant laws, State and Federal Labor Laws, Fair Housing Laws, and safety protocols
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Current valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance
