We are seeking a highly skilled Database Administrator to join our team at Aleron. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support for our Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement RDBMS solutions for new and existing applications
  • Collaborate with Application Teams and other Database Administrators to ensure seamless integration and support
  • Develop and maintain database analysis, design, and development efforts
  • Manage and direct project plans for database implementation, data source integration, and data archiving and recovery
  • Contribute to advanced technical projects and business issues requiring state-of-the-art technical knowledge
Requirements:
  • Associates degree and 6 years RDBMS experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficiency with RDBMS tools and functions
  • Experience with Mongo
  • Prior experience working on multiple small to large projects of low to high complexity
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree
  • Minimum of 3 years experience with Bank applications, framework, business needs, and RDBMS direction and framework
  • Exposure to the Bank's standards, business plan, and strategic objectives
