Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Remedy Queue Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our IT operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of AITP Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage queues and prioritize tickets to meet response time deadlines.
  • Coordinate with teams across disciplines to ensure SLA targets are met.
  • Develop and implement innovative techniques for achieving customer satisfaction.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on best practices for customer relations.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on team performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for implementing change.

Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
