About this role:

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the position of Senior Lead Workday Payroll Product Owner. This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive product vision, roadmap, and delivery strategy for our US Payroll product.

As the Senior Lead Workday Payroll Product Owner, you'll work closely with HR and business leaders to identify and address complex problems and develop effective solutions. This role requires excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, preferably in HR systems, and experience working with agile methodologies. They'll be passionate about delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product vision, roadmap, and delivery strategy for our US Payroll product
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify and address complex problems and develop effective solutions
  • Lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities to ensure successful project delivery
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in
