Maintenance Mechanic II Opportunity

Maryland Masonic Homes, a leading provider of senior living services, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic II to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, performing routine maintenance tasks, and addressing any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general maintenance duties, including carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, painting, and general repair work.
  • Repair equipment, including medical equipment, which will be decontaminated before service.
  • Assist in troubleshooting problems and ensure that maintenance tasks meet quality and safety standards.
  • Maintain an inventory of parts and participate in the purchase of supplies and equipment.
  • Care for maintenance equipment and perform other duties as assigned.

As a Maintenance Mechanic II, you will work independently with minimal supervision, using your skills and experience to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities.
