Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and prevent equipment failure.
    • Perform tasks such as caulking, painting, and minor drywall repair.
  • Appliance and Fixture Maintenance
    • Repair and maintain appliances, including stoves, refrigerators, washers, and dryers.
    • Replace light fixtures, ceiling fans, and other electrical components.
    • Perform tasks such as toilet repair, sink repair, and vanity installation.
  • Grounds and Exterior Maintenance
    • Maintain building exteriors, including gutters, downspouts, and exterior painting.
    • Perform tasks such as rodent control and snow removal.
    • Assist with landscaping and grounds maintenance.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Assist with eviction processes and other resident-related requests.
    • Monitor maintenance-related supplies and report needs to management.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Type I and II CFC Certification for HVAC preferred.
  • ACCA Certifications- Refrigerant Transition & Recovery.
  • OSHA Certification preferred.
  • 1-2 years of Maintenance experience at an apartment complex.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires working in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
