Job Title: Claims Manager

LotSolutions, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Claims Manager to lead and manage the Claims Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining procedures and guidelines to achieve the company's objectives effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to support the company's objectives.
  • Manage and supervise a team of claims professionals to ensure excellent customer service and timely claims resolution.
  • Collaborate with the Compliance department to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with the Special Investigations Unit to investigate and resolve complex claims.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including agents, policyholders, and vendors.
  • Monitor and analyze claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of claims professionals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure the Claims Operations team remains competitive.
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of experience in claims management, preferably in property and casualty.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong knowledge of claims handling procedures and regulatory requirements.
