Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Claims Analyst to join our Quality Assurance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing estimates and documentation for mitigation assignments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:- Review estimates and documentation for mitigation assignments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Communicate directly with franchisees and insurance carriers to ensure compliance with service level agreements
- Coach franchises on opportunities to improve their estimating and documentation performance
- Identify and communicate trends to Team Managers, Account Managers, and Regional Business Consultants
- Provide assistance to franchises on estimating requirements and claim expectations, based on carrier guidelines
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in insurance claims or related field
- 1+ years experience with document review or similar analytical job experience
- Experience serving in a customer service role
- Experience in the restoration industry regarding water mitigation, mold remediation, lead and asbestos abatement, contents cleaning, contents packing, structure cleaning, and reconstruction
This position will be working indoors, with occasional travel to franchise locations, trainings, and team meetings. The employee will be exposed to air conditioning and heat, and normal office noises.
