The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our banking services to various businesses. Key responsibilities include:
- Gathering and evaluating financial information to assess the creditworthiness of potential clients.
- Offering secured financing options to support working capital expansion, acquisitions, and debt restructuring for both new and existing clients, aiming to boost income and enhance the overall profitability of the bank.
- Working closely with the credit team to establish and negotiate the terms of credit, including costs, repayment methods, and collateral requirements.
Additionally, the role requires:
- Engaging in proactive outreach and maintaining relationships with sponsor groups, financial intermediaries, businesses, accountants, attorneys, and other influential contacts.
- Developing and sustaining a direct calling database of potential clients.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lending.
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Marketing is preferred.
- A strong grasp of commercial depository services.
- Exceptional credit assessment skills and a general understanding of commercial documentation.
