About the Role:

At Demand Drive Solutions LLC, we are seeking a skilled Nursing Professional Development Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse with expertise in nursing education to influence professional role competence and growth of nurses in various settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, implement, and evaluate professional development programs for staff members that meet the organization's strategies and goals.
  • Conduct educational needs assessments, document findings, and develop high-quality, cost-effective educational programs with evidence-based content.
  • Develop materials, education processes, and programs based on adult learning principles and the novice-to-expert framework.
  • Evaluate professional development programs by monitoring goal attainment, stakeholder satisfaction, and cost effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Minimum two years of education experience.
  • Minimum three years of clinical experience in specialty.
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing.
  • Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum three years of leadership/management experience.
  • Minimum five years of education experience.
  • Certification in specialty practice (Nursing Professional Development and/or clinical specialty).
Salary Range:

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
