Job Description

Hawaii Public Housing Authority is seeking a talented professional to fill the role of Housing Development Specialist

This position is responsible for aiding in all phases of housing development, including location of housing sites, preparation of feasibility studies for the site, master plan preparation, processing governmental applications and permits, construction of housing units, and coordination with Property Management & Maintenance Services Branch and the Office of the Executive Director.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, finance, real estate, engineering, or architecture. Alternatively, the applicant may substitute work experience for education, provided their applicable work experience demonstrates similar scope and responsibility.

The selected individual will have at least one year of experience in infrastructure and/or property/housing development, project management, construction management, or property management.

We offer a competitive compensation package with added benefits, commensurate with training and experience. The estimated salary for this position is around $60,000 - $80,000 per annum.
