Job Title: Payment Operations Manager

iNtegrity+ is seeking a highly skilled Payment Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our payments team, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with card brands, sponsor banks, and settlement platforms.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement BINs and ICAs and manage relationships with processing platforms
  • Solve and respond to questions related to our BINs and ICAs
  • Identify helpful card network portal access and tools
  • Design, implement, and document business and operational systems and processes
  • Setup merchant MIDs and parameters for account creation
  • Maintain change logs, CRM inputs, and merchant data edits
  • Complete reporting requirements for card brands and sponsor banks
  • Build pricing categories within our boarding platform
  • Create and maintain merchant statements
  • Build and execute dispute resolution and treasury strategies
  • Use tools to build and deliver fraud detection and prevention strategies
  • Work closely with our tech team to develop and maintain compliance processes
  • Perform payments-specific business analysis to inform risk management and go-to-market strategies
  • Provide data insights on business practices and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Identify Service Provider requirements and monitor procedures
  • Register partners, Service Providers, and sub-ISOs as needed
  • Establish third-party partnerships for monitoring PCI, BRAM Compliance, and other risk controls
  • Create system and process for billing merchants outside of merchant accounts
  • Engage with merchants to collect negative balances
  • Create and process commissions to sales partners
Requirements:
  • 7+ years experience in finance, banking, treasury, or a commensurate field
  • Deep understanding of payment solutions, payment gateways, and credit card transactions flows
  • Experience partnering with acquiring banks and credit card companies
