Senior Software Engineer, Payments

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team as a Technical Lead for Payment Processing. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and reliable payment processing systems.
As a Technical Lead, you will work closely with our product managers, designers, and QA engineers to ensure that our payment processing systems meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior engineers and contributing to the growth and development of our engineering team.
We are looking for someone with a strong background in software development, payment processing, and system design. You should have experience with modern front-end and back-end technologies, including React, TypeScript, Python, and AWS. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment and be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and deploy scalable and reliable payment processing systems
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to ensure high-quality and reliable systems
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth and development of our engineering team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve our systems and processes

You should have a strong background in software development, payment processing, and system design, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment. You should also be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
