Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Heidelberg Materials US, Inc. in Redmond, WA. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day dispatching of ready mix trucks from our concrete plants, ensuring timely deliveries to our customers while meeting our financial and productivity objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dispatch up to 90 ready mix trucks from 5 concrete plants, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to respond to customer requests and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in implementing our value-added product strategy and provide on-job customer support and direction to drivers.
  • Monitor and analyze dispatch operations to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, drivers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Operations, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or operations role.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and custom databases.
  • Experience with Command Data System and Trackit Truck Tracking a plus.
