Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that our syringes meet the required standards.
  • Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement in our production process and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and engineering, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Analyze and resolve quality-related issues in a timely and effective manner, making informed decisions to ensure the quality and integrity of our products.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, quality assurance, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Strong understanding of quality management principles, processes, and tools, including ISO 13485 and FDA regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with quality management software.
