Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Station Leader to join our team at SkyHop Global. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a multi-site operation and directing a team of professionals in delivering exceptional Airline Ground Transportation Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members responsible for transportation and schedule management functions.
  • Operate as a successful business unit, reporting on revenues, KPIs, budget planning, and talent management.
  • Ensure a strong commitment to safety is exhibited in the execution of all policies and tasks by all team members.
  • Prepare and execute effective daily and weekly work schedules in response to business needs.
  • Coordinate the execution of activities to achieve "Raving Fan" service levels and exceed client expectations.
  • Direct recruiting and new employee acquisition initiatives to maintain a trained, qualified, and fully accountable team.
  • Lead the Performance Management process, including timely and accurate documentation and delivery of performance assessments.
  • Develop an operating team that adheres to SkyHop Global values and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
  • Establish strong relationships with internal departments and the customer base.
  • Bring a high level of passion to exceeding client expectations.
  • Experience in addressing customer needs and concerns to maintain operational excellence.
  • Ability to prioritize, implement, and manage work schedules, projects, and build relationships.
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to produce accurate and timely reports.
  • Fluency in English language.
  • Minimum of two to three years of experience in transportation or related industries.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including occasional weekend and/or evening work.
