Job Title: Customer Experience Coordinator

About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity to join Canon U.S.A., Inc. as a Customer Experience Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless planning and execution of events, and maintaining a professional atmosphere in the workplace.

Responsibilities:
- Provide front office support and reception services.
- Assist with event planning, coordination, and execution.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including common areas and visitor offices.
- Collaborate with the Office Administrator and Internal Events team to ensure smooth operation of the office.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or higher required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in meeting and/or event planning.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to problem-solve and work effectively in a team environment.
