Board Certified Autism Specialist

GOALS for Autism, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team in Pittsburg, Antioch, and Brentwood. As a BCBA, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals who are passionate about providing high-quality care to individuals with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients aged 14 months and older in natural settings.
- Supervise and provide feedback to direct care staff, interns, and mid-level supervisors to ensure the integrity of client treatment plans.
- Manage a team of Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), including competency assessments and supervision within BACB requirements.
- Provide parent training and education to support family involvement in the treatment process.
- Collaborate with the Chief Clinical Officer to communicate client needs and develop strategies for improvement.
- Participate in ongoing clinical and business training, including Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) coaching and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) training.
- Leadership opportunities include BT recruiting, training, and clinical supervisor meetings with presentations on relevant research and clinical updates.

Requirements:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or immediately eligible Licensed Behavior Analyst.
- Three years of related professional experience applying ABA methodologies, working with individuals with ASD and/or other developmental disabilities in a multi-disciplinary team setting.
