Qualifications:
Education:
Must possess a working-level proficiency in the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking. Board-Eligible or Board-Certified in the relevant medical specialty.
Licensure:
Must hold and maintain a valid State of Nevada Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic (DO) license. A Controlled Substance License to Prescribe issued by the State of Nevada and a Controlled Substance Registration Certificate from the DEA are required.
Certification:
Board-Eligible or Board-Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology through the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG). If Board Eligible at the time of hire, Board Certification must be achieved within two years of employment.
Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is required. Preference for American Heart Association (AHA) approved certification, though online certifications from recognized providers will be accepted.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
Must demonstrate proficiency in the English language.
Experience:
Prior experience in the specified specialty is preferred.
Licensure:
Must maintain a valid State of Nevada MD or DO license.
Certification:
Board-Eligible or Board-Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Computer Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, is essential. Ability to utilize computers for online learning, access forms and policies, and complete benefits enrollment is required.
Ability to credential through Renown's Medical Staff and/or payor credentialing as applicable.
