About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Saint Mary's Regional Medical Center. As a member of our Med Surg Acute team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to our hospital's mission of delivering high-quality, compassionate care to our community.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with activities of daily living and provide basic nursing care to non-critical patients under the direction of the Registered Nurse.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of recent, acute, in-hospital experience in a multi-unit setting preferred.
  • Current certification as a Nursing Assistant from Nevada State Board of Nursing.
  • BLS (AHA) certification required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
