Education Requirements:
Must possess a working-level understanding of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking. Board-Eligible or Board-Certified in the relevant medical specialty.
Licensure:
Must hold and maintain a valid State of Nevada Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic (DO) license. A Controlled Substance License to Prescribe issued by the State of Nevada and a Controlled Substance Registration Certificate from the DEA are required.
Certification:
Board-Eligible or Board-Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology through the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG). If Board Eligible at the time of hire, certification must be achieved within two years of employment.
Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Certification Life Support (ACLS) is required. Preference for American Heart Association (AHA) approved certification, but online certifications from recognized providers will be accepted.
