Job Opportunity

GOALS for Autism, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join their team in Pittsburg, Antioch, and Brentwood. As a leader in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), GOALS is committed to providing exceptional care and support to individuals with autism spectrum disorders and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients aged 14 months and older in natural settings.
  • Supervise and provide feedback to direct care staff, interns, and mid-level supervisors to ensure high-quality care and treatment plan integrity.
  • Manage a team of Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), including competency assessments and supervision within BACB requirements.
  • Provide parent training and education to support family involvement and empowerment.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Clinical Officer to communicate client needs and develop strategic plans for service delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing clinical and business training, including Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) coaching and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) training.
  • Leadership opportunities include BT recruitment, training, and clinical supervisor meetings with presentations on relevant research and clinical updates.

Requirements:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or immediately eligible Licensed Behavior Analyst.
  • Three years of related professional experience applying ABA methodologies, working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders and/or other related developmental disabilities in a multi-disciplinary team setting.
