We are looking for a Production Supervisor to manage the manufacturing and packaging processes of our bread products. This position involves coordinating production schedules, ensuring product quality, and upholding a safe working environment. Candidates with experience in bakery operations and a commitment to continuous improvement are encouraged to consider this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage weekly production schedules in line with inventory management policies
  • Establish employee schedules and ensure compliance with safety protocols
  • Work collaboratively with various departments to meet production deadlines
  • Conduct product inspections for quality assurance and train staff on quality expectations
  • Modify machinery and processes to align with product specifications
  • Quickly identify and address production challenges
  • Maintain a tidy and organized workspace
  • Document production metrics and pinpoint areas for enhancement
  • Ensure adherence to safety and quality regulations

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least two years of experience in bakery operations
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
  • Willingness to work weekends
  • Spanish language skills are preferred
