Job Overview

The Office Coordinator position is essential for ensuring smooth operations within our facility. This role encompasses managing schedules, overseeing driver check-ins and check-outs, verifying documentation, and maintaining communication with corporate headquarters.

The shift available is during the Weekend Nights, from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM.

Compensation:

Hourly rate ranges from $21 to $24.

Key Responsibilities:

This list of duties is not exhaustive and may be modified to include additional responsibilities as deemed necessary by management.

  • Generate daily inbound and outbound schedules.
  • Distribute daily inventory reports to corporate headquarters.
  • Order laboratory equipment and office supplies to ensure the facility is adequately stocked.
  • Prepare documentation for outbound bulk shipments.
  • Compile paperwork for incoming dry van shipments.
  • Check in drivers and confirm they possess the necessary documentation.
  • Follow up with carriers regarding unloading appointments.
  • Scan and file documents for each order processed in and out of the facility.
  • Maintain records associated with Safe Feed/Safe Food and SAGARPA certifications.
  • Ensure proper labeling of files.
  • Receive incoming packages and manage outgoing mail.
  • Uphold cleanliness standards in the office and breakroom.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Wear and maintain required protective clothing and equipment.
