Childcare Support Specialist

St. Gianna Early Childhood Center is currently in search of a dedicated Childcare Support Specialist to join our early childhood care program, catering to children aged 6 weeks to 5 years. Our program operates from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday, throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and actively participate in educational activities alongside our students under the guidance of the lead educator.
  • Assist in the preparation of resources and the facilitation of engaging activities.
  • Support in meal preparation, serving food and refreshments, and maintaining cleanliness.
  • Attend to the individual needs of students while upholding discipline and a nurturing environment.

This is a full-time role. St. Joseph Catholic Academy provides a robust benefits package, which includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, fully employer-paid short-term and long-term disability coverage, as well as retirement options including a 403b plan and a defined benefit pension plan. Qualifications:
