Job Summary

We're seeking a passionate hospitality professional to join our team as an Assistant Front Desk Manager at the Lytle Park Hotel. As a key member of our Front Office team, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of Front Desk operations, including supervising staff, monitoring performance, and ensuring exceptional guest service. If you have a strong background in hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of Front Desk operations, including supervising staff and monitoring performance
• Ensure exceptional guest service and respond to guest complaints
• Communicate with staff to achieve departmental goals and objectives
• Train staff on procedures and policies
• Conduct routine inspections of the Front Office and public areas to ensure high standards of appearance and cleanliness
• Serve as manager on duty as required

Requirements

We're looking for someone with a strong background in hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll need to have at least two years of previous Front Office or Guest Services experience, including supervisory experience. A Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. You'll also need to be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
