As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing the reception area, and supervising front office staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the front desk budget and ensure efficient ordering of office supplies
- Compile occupancy reports and financial information for the general manager
- Supervise and train front desk staff to deliver excellent customer service and implement hotel policies
- Interact with guests, respond to inquiries, and resolve any guest complaints
- Lead front desk operations to ensure a seamless guest experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent management, communication, and multitasking skills
- 2+ years of experience as a front desk supervisor or related office management position in the hospitality industry
- Proficient bookkeeping skills, including experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- 1 year of previous experience in the hospitality industry
