Mental Health Recovery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Recovery Specialist to join our team at Sound Community Services, Inc. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to provide direct support services to individuals with mental health diagnoses and/or substance use disorders.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide daily oversight and support to residents in the program.
- Monitor medication administration and complete daily documentation as required.
- Facilitate monthly activities and groups based on life skills assessments.
- Assist residents in developing daily living skills and report changes in behavior or mental state.
- High School diploma (or equivalent) required; Associate's degree or higher in a related field preferred.
- A minimum of one year of behavioral health/human services related experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
- CPR/First Aid certification or eligible.
The estimated salary for this position is $18.54 per hour plus an additional $0.50 per hour for all hours worked between 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM, and $0.50 per hour for bilingual staff who meet proficiency requirements.
