We are seeking a skilled Network Relations Specialist to join our team at Elevance Health. In this role, you will develop and maintain positive relationships with providers within our local health plan's LTSS provider network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and resolve operational issues
  • Work with operational departments to address provider grievances and service issues
  • Provide explanations to providers regarding contract compliance, company procedures and policies
  • Recruit, orient and provide high-quality service to providers
  • Identify sufficient number and location of providers to meet area needs
  • Assist providers during contract execution
  • Identify key opportunities for provider training
  • Conduct virtual and in-person provider visits to support LTSS network
  • Function as a high-level technical resource to resolve or facilitate complex provider issues

Requirements:

  • Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 3 years' experience as Network Services Specialist or as a Trainer

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with LTSS preferred
  • Experience presenting to leadership and varied audiences preferred
  • Quality background preferred
  • Interpersonal Skills is a must
  • Ability to operate independently strongly preferred

Work Environment:

Elevance Health operates in a Hybrid Workforce Strategy. Unless specified as primarily virtual by the hiring manager, associates are required to work at an Elevance Health location at least once per week, and potentially several times per week. Specific requirements and expectations for time onsite will be discussed as part of the hiring process. Candidates must reside within 50 miles or 1-hour commute each way of a relevant Elevance Health location.
