nLogic is seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement network architecture to ensure high-quality data transmission
- Perform maintenance and upgrades of network devices, including servers, routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network connectivity and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to resolve interoperability problems
- Provide technical support to various departments and users
- Active Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 8-10 years of related experience
- Ability to maintain a Secret security clearance; US Citizenship required
- Active CCNA or CCNP certification
- Excellent communication skills
- Current or previous Cisco Certified Design Associate (CCDA) or Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
- Knowledge of Cisco Identity Services Engine and CyberVision
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products to include Visio
- Knowledge of layer 2 switching
- Experience with OSI 7-layer model
- Experience with Static, Dynamic, and Layer 3 routing
- ITIL knowledge
