Help Desk Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Help Desk Support Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
Job Description:
As a Help Desk Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of technical issues, from software installation to hardware troubleshooting. You will also be expected to provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Document all customer interactions and issues in our ticketing system
- Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Basic knowledge of Windows 7 and Mac operating systems
- Experience with ticketing systems, such as ServiceNow
