Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to join our Radiopharmaceutical Contract Manufacturing team at SOFIE. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality and efficiency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the production process, including planning, execution, and quality control
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient and effective production operations
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs
• Work closely with the quality team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Provide training and guidance to production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., chemistry, biology, engineering)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a production management role
• Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and quality control principles
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
