Job Title: Scrum Master

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team at Amano McGann, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding and facilitating Scrum teams to deliver high-quality products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Ensure Scrum teams follow Agile principles and values
  • Mentor and coach team members to improve processes and productivity
  • Identify and remove impediments to team progress
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and manage backlogs
  • Develop and maintain Scrum artifacts, such as the product backlog and sprint backlog
  • Monitor and report on team performance and progress
Requirements and Skills:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role
  • Scrum Master certification
  • Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts
  • Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks
  • Leadership and management experience
  • Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
  • Outstanding organizational skills
