Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to join our team at SOFIE. As a key member of our Radiopharmaceutical Contract Manufacturing department, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality and efficiency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the production process, including planning, execution, and quality control
• Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer service
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, chemistry, or biology
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a production management role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
