Reception and Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain calendars.
- Perform data entry and maintain organized records and files.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with administrative tasks and support other departments as needed.
- Resolve visitor and client inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a front office or customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant or customer service representative are a plus.
Estimated Salary: The estimated annual salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000, offering a competitive weekly salary, comprehensive health benefits, retirement savings plan with company match, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.
