Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily housekeeping activities, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and maintain high standards of cleanliness.

  • Collaborate with housekeeping staff, front office, and engineering teams to resolve issues and ensure efficient room maintenance.

  • Prepare and distribute room assignments, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records of 'Do Not Disturb' rooms.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and quality expectations.

  • Foster positive working relationships with colleagues, anticipating and addressing their needs to achieve common goals.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; related work experience preferred.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
