Job Description

The Organizational Operations Manager is a key position at the United States of America Chess Federation, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization. This position involves managing office operations, coordinating events, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office operations, including mail processing, reception duties, and general administrative tasks

  • Coordinate events, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior administrative role

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
