About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC and Utilities Engineer to join our team at AbbVie. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing mechanical systems that meet the company's standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop mechanical systems for manufacturing sites, including HVAC, refrigeration, and containment systems.
  • Develop and maintain engineering standards and specifications for mechanical systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project engineers and manufacturing sites.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest regulatory guidance and industry best practices in the area of mechanical systems.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a closely related discipline.
  • 8+ years of significant engineering and/or operational experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge and application of concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
